How does the Xactimate integration work?

CapOut integrates directly with Xactimate. You do not need to download or upload any ESX files manually. When you export from CapOut, the file is sent directly to your Xactimate account. All you need to do is open the Estimate Line Items section of the project in Xactimate. All the folders and line items will appear instantly. No file handling. No email attachments. No friction.

How long does it take to process a scope?

CapOut processes scopes in two stages. First, we parse and extract the data from the original Xactimate PDF. Depending on the size and complexity of the file, this can take anywhere from 45 seconds to a few minutes. Once the scope is fully structured and ready, exporting it to your Xactimate account takes about 45 seconds. There is no manual file handling required at any stage.
